Baldur provides consulting in human resources. He has about 25 years of experience as a consultant, specialist, and manager in human resources. His experience and knowledge in human resources and management is diverse and comprehensive.
Previously, Baldur worked as Human Resources Director at Landsbankinn and Sóltún Nursing Homes, and before that as a specialist at Síminn and Hagvangur.
Baldur holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Iceland, a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, and an MBA from Reykjavik University.
