Drífa works as a management consultant and project manager in operations and information technology.
She has extensive experience in production planning, supply chain management, and process analysis, and utilizes every opportunity to leverage information technology to increase productivity and efficiency for the country’s largest companies.
She has successful experience in IT project management both domestically and internationally. The projects have included development projects, process and/or IT improvement initiatives, and business system implementations.
Drífa’s practical education has helped her quickly understand company operations and identify key factors in successful project management. Drífa holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Reykjavík University.
