Ragnheiður works as a management consultant and project manager in information technology.
She has for many years led major projects implementing digital solutions for public sector entities as well as large Icelandic companies, whether software projects or strategic improvement initiatives. The projects have been in the areas of software development, operations and services, as well as projects related to strategy implementation.
Solid education and extensive experience in the field of information technology has served Ragnheiður well in understanding client problems, grasping context, utilizing change management, and developing effective digital solutions.
Ragnheiður holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Iceland along with a master’s degree in Management and Strategy.
