She has over 20 years of experience in management and human resources and is passionate about finding the right people for the right positions. She has previously served as CEO at Fræðsla and as Head of Crew Department at Air Atlanta, where she led recruitment and HR matters for multinational crews and participated in challenging negotiations.
She holds an MPM in Project Management and a B.Sc. in Business Administration, making her both organized and solution-oriented in her projects. Sigríður excels at identifying talented individuals, is conscientious and organized, while also being warm and energetic, ensuring that both applicants and clients feel secure in their interactions with her.
