Thelma Kristín is one of Intellecta’s owners and a leading consultant in executive and specialist recruitment. She works closely with boards, CEOs, and competency committees to find the right people for key roles – both in the public and private sectors.
Thelma has extensive experience in executive recruitment consulting and also serves as the chairman of the nomination committee at Nova.
Previously, Thelma worked as Operations Manager at Hreyfing, where she was responsible for human resources, daily operations, and service development. Thelma also has years of experience in the financial sector, including roles as team leader and consultant at Arion Bank and MP Bank, and has held management positions in retail environments.
Thelma holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bifröst University and an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Iceland.
