What you will enjoy doing: Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Driving sales growth and profitability within Process Food portfolio Developing account plans to strategically manage and retain key customers Leveraging CRM tools to maintain accurate customer data and improve communication across teams Identifying new opportunities for pricing optimization and profit improvements Collaborating with colleagues and agents to deliver seamless customer support and communications Staying ahead of market trends by understanding customer purchase behavior and competitor insights Promoting automation and eChannel development to improve efficiency Handling customer queries with a proactive approach and delivering exceptional service What makes you great: Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer success An excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and with customers Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong data management skills Proactive and innovative, with the ability to identify new sales opportunities Knowledgeable about market trends, customer behavior Minimum 3 years of experience within sales and leading experience High level of self-motivation and self-leadership Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken Why you will love working with us: At Linde you will be surrounded by knowledgeable people who love what they do.
