Linde is looking to hire Sr. Sales Success representative – Healthcare, Homecare & Specialty Gases.
What you will enjoy doing:
- Develop customer relationships and customer experience
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring patient safety and customer satisfaction
- Managing the institutional customers pricing, contracts and retention efforts
- Monitoring governmental tender requests, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations
- Procuring medical devices, managing contractors and maintenance services
- Collaborating with internal teams across marketing, business development, customer service, and engineering services
- Identifying opportunities for pricing optimization, profit improvements, and potential sales leads
- Staying informed about product knowledge and developing expertise in regulated gases, medical devices, and industry compliance matters
- Education within Business, Economics, Natural Sciences, Medicine or Sales
- You have the ability to navigate complex customer organizations
- Minimum 5 years of experience within sales, leading experience is an advantage
- You are driven, result-oriented and collaborates actively with colleagues
- Strong knowledge of homecare or hospital products and regulated gases
- Experience and understanding of regulatory matters around pharma, drugs and medical devices sales is a merit
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken
